Paca House Christmas Punch

Serves a crowd

1 gallon cranberry juice
1 gallon apple juice
1 quart ginger ale
1 cup fresh lemon juice
1 cup Spiced Tea concentrate (recipe follows)

Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan and heat. Serve warm.

Spiced Tea Concentrate

2 1/2 cups boiling water
4 tea bags
4 whole cinnamon sticks
2 tablespoons whole allspice
2 tablespoons whole cloves

Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan and simmer 15 minutes; strain.
