Our official Kraut Mother, Bonnie North, who is also the head of Baltimore's Slow Food group, lovingly tends the kraut four to six weeks. What is someone to do with all that kraut you may ask? We'll it's almost time for Gertrude's 6th Annual Krautfest. On the evenings of Friday, January 9th, and Saturday, 10th Gertrude's will be hosting its tribute to the infamous kraut of Baltimore.
